About: House and Roof s.a. is an import/export Company, forefather of the asphalt-shingle trade in Guatemala 12 years ago. Due to the growth of the company, decided to move it's management offices to a new luxurious complex. The final resolution was to make an extreme make-over of an old residence with a perfect location in zona 10 of Guatemala City.
